Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Andes account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Option 1 — From the app (fastest)

Open Andes on your phone
Go to Profile tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm by typing DELETE

Your account and all data are permanently removed within seconds. You'll be signed out and returned to the login screen.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

If you've already uninstalled Andes or can't sign in, email us and we'll handle deletion for you:

Email deletion request

This opens your email app with a pre-filled request. Just add the email address you used to register and send.

What gets deleted

AI chat history	Supabase cloud sync (deleted)

On-device data (workout cache, settings)	Wiped automatically on in-app deletion

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 days. All deletions are permanent — data cannot be recovered. Anonymous analytics events (Firebase Analytics) that don't identify you may persist for up to 14 months per Google's retention policy, but contain no personal information.
